We can imagine how you feel – having to afford many costs for your home and photography homes, it can add up fast!

In fact, lots of homeowners have felt the same way when it comes to showing off their home.

Many photographers have too many commitments and you can think of us as your backup, we offer a pay-on-approval guarantee – if you’re not 100% satisfied with our work, you don’t pay

Unfortunately, we don’t do wedding photography.

What areas do you service?

RapidHouse Photography services the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast only.

How much does a typical real estate photo shoot cost?

For a standard suburban 3 bed 2 bath home in Brisbane, costs can range from $200 to $300.

As for larger luxury photography homes you can expect to pay $350 upwards.

On-site twilight shots, which require extra time or separate visits and are subject to additional fees.

A popular option is to bundle the shoot with a floorplan, 360 degree walkthrough tours or drone photos.

How many photos will I get?

It depends on the property.

For a typical apartment/unit expect at least 10-15 photos and at least 15 for a standard 3 bedroom house.

Larger properties will give you more images.

We can provide lifestyle and surrounding area photos just ask when you book.

How do I receive the photography homes pieces?

Via email on our password-protected Folio website, the images are in an easy-to-view view format with options to download all of them or pick your favourites.

How long does a real estate photo shoot last?

Photography homes can take between 1-2 hours, while floor plans, 360 degree walkthroughs and video tours take longer.

Please allow 2-3 hours for larger properties.

Some larger luxury homes take a half day or full day to prepare, shoot, capture and video.

Can you provide web size photos and hi res for printing?

Yes both will be available on request.

The web friendly size will come standard with delivery.

What is the best time of day for photography homes?

Usually mid morning or afternoon, harsh shadows and lighting is not ideal for exterior photography homes.

Twilight is undoubtedly the best time to photograph the exterior of the property giving the home added drama and mood, although not ideal for interior shots which need plenty of light.

What do I need to do to prepare for drone photos?

It’s helpful to have the property lines noted by the drone operator prior to the shoot.

What about cancellations or reschedules of photography homes?

We don’t charge for situations out of your control like random weather events or personal emergencies. 

We charge $75 for cancellations that are on the same day of the shoot. This is because we not only lose out on the booking but potentially another booking that could have been in its place. 

We charge $50 for cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot. 

If it’s over 24 hours before the shoot, there is no cancellation fee.
